What will I receive?
You will receive a verifiable digital PDF letter signed by a medical professional and sent directly to your mobile, containing the following details:
Your name and date of birth.
Your medical disability or health condition and how it affects you.
Signature and authorisation by one of our GMC-registered UK doctors.
Contact details of ZoomDoc Health with a QR code enabling a verification check.
How to get a Medical letter for a Blue Badge online
Upload a video and complete a questionnaire

Please check with your local council prior to purchasing your medical letter for a Blue Badge to ensure it meets your local council’s exact requirements. Provision of a medical letter from our Doctors does not guarantee that your local authority blue badge department will also confirm your applicability.

A 30-second to 1-minute video explaining how your disability affects you
Your digital Summary Care Record or a doctor’s letter confirming your medical disability
Details of your regular NHS GP (if you have one)
